This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled on Noir. Because Noir delivers immediate access to digital content and routes earnings directly to artists, refunds are limited as described below.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are instantly added to your account, do not expire, and may be used to purchase music or subscribe to artists. Credits have no cash value outside of the Noir platform.
When a fan uses credits to purchase a song or release:
Because artist earnings are finalized instantly, all music purchases are final and non-refundable, including accidental purchases or dissatisfaction with content.
Fans may subscribe to artists using credits on a recurring basis.
Artist+ is a premium subscription for artists that includes release scheduling, analytics, live page insights, automatic verification, and eligibility for staff picks and NOIR Spotlight.
Artist+ subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future charges, but access remains active through the current billing period.
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in account suspension, loss of credits, or removal of access. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as duplicate charges or verified technical errors caused directly by the Noir platform. All exceptions are reviewed at Noir’s sole discretion.
